The town's landmark was built in 1927.
Written on the banner is: "Auch im neuen Jahr NEIN zum Flughafenausbau JA zum Nachtflugverbot"
Translates as: "In the new year too NO to the expansion of the airport YES to a ban of night flights"
The Airport Frankfurt is next to the town and tries to expand. This is part of the protest of the people who live here.
